# H265 8K SbS video

Does lume pad supports video with h265 8K codecs? I am getting error with it.

Hey @whatisor, Lume Pad definitely supports h.265, but it’s video decode capabilities are limited by the Qualcomm SnapDragon 845 chip inside of it.

Based on my understanding, the SOC tops out at 4K 120fps, so 8K resolution is outside of it’s capabilities.

What error are you seeing when you attempt to play back the content?

Where do you find that marvel? You say SBS, so I guess is a 3D video
