# How to get repairs

I have The original gloomy pad and I want to get it repaired because it is starting to bulge in the center. Still works fine but and maybe see about getting some more memory installed or have them put a SD card outlet in there. That would be nice. But mainly I just need an address where I could ship this thing to to get it checked out in and remove the bulge in the center of it. When you look at it sideways you can see it bulging like a pancake. You can see the different layers of the lumi glass.

Hi @Bilco if you haven’t already, contact [help@leiainc.com](mailto:help@leiainc.com) about your Lume Pad 1 with the failed battery. While we will not offer to repair it (out of warranty, we no longer support it, and shipping it is not safe) we will confirm your order and offer a discount on a Lume Pad 2 replacement.
