# How to turn .h4v 3D videos from RED Hydrogen One into MP4

To turn a .h4v into a .mp4, just change the file extension from .h4v to .mp4. That’s it! Yes, .h4v videos are just MP4 containers with a different file extension.

You’ll find once you turn it into an MP4, the files are just standard Full-width SBS 3D videos.
