Hi All! You’ve probably noticed an update with the Leia appstore. There were some bug fixes and a release of an all new integration with LeiaLogin! LeiaLogin is an all-new account system unifying your login experience across different Leia apps and also supporting third party apps available through the Leia Appstore. Um, not sure if I’m the only one but I can’t seem to log in. It won’t let me or it doesn’t recognize my login info. I also tried signing in using Google but it just hangs on a gray screen. ---

Hi Marcin & Dawid, your experience is certainly not by design. Not sure if you are referring to the Leia appstore or a different app with your login issue, but if it is specific to the Leia appstore, I recommend the following: 1. Ensure tablet has latest OTA, perform system update (Settings\>System\>Software Update) 2. If already updated, reboot the tablet. 3. Clear storage (long press app icon\>Storage & cache) on the Leia appstore 4. Attempt to sign in with Google again and if you still encounter an issue, please submit a help form directly in the Leia appstore so our QA team can review the associated logs. To access the in-app help form, tap the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the Home, Explore, or Library Page, select Help and tap Contact Us (if prompted, allow Leia appstore to make and manage phone calls which will only give us access to logs). Hope Steps 1-3 does the trick, but we are here if it doesn’t! ---

Is there any way to migrate the Google login that I used up to now with the new LeiaLogin? I’d like to use the new login but when I do so, I get a fresh new account without anything that I posted so far in Holopix. ---

Hi Alex, you should be able to sign up for LeiaLogin with the last Gmail address used and then elect a sync account option. If after syncing accounts, you are still unable to see your posts in LeiaPix, I recommend you send a help request in the LeiaPix app directly (Profile icon\>gear icon\>Get Help) so the Support Team can further investigate. ---

Hi Alex, We see you have 3 separate email addresses that you’ve used to create a Leia appstore account as early as 2018. We should probably narrow down the account used for LeiaLogin for clarity. Further, can you outline exactly the steps you took to get to the screenshot you’ve shared. Does this update break RH1 support? I don’t seem to be able to log in anymore. Is there any possible work around? I’d like to at least have the ability to get my purchases downloaded one last time if this is going to be it for RH support. ---

Regarding Leia Login using Google OAuth, should it keep me logged in? I keep having to log into the apps and it’s getting annoying. ---

Hi Shayna, It happens on my Lume Pad. It doesn’t always prompt me to login. But every now and then, the apps will require me to login. It’s almost as if the login session or token expires after a certain amount of time. ---

So am I. Multiple times a day depending on often I use it. I’m just saying it behaves like an OAuth token expiration. ---
