Hi everyone, I recently turned on my Lume Pad 2, but instead of booting into the home screen, it gets stuck on a white screen and doesn’t respond to touch or button inputs. The device was working fine before, and I didn’t install any new apps or updates before this happened. I have tried holding the power button to force restart, charging it for a while, and even attempting a factory reset using button combinations, but nothing seems to fix the issue. Is this a known problem with the Lume Pad 2, and is there a way to force a system recovery? Has anyone else encountered this issue, and if so, how did you fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated! ---
