# Lume pad firmware is very old, it's 1.1.12, it won't update automatically

My lume pad firmware is very old, it’s 1.1.12, it won’t update automatically, this causes leialoft store can’t open, other software including leiaplayer, leiapix can’t update, is there a way to fix it please?
