# Lumepad 2 looses all downloaded images leialink

lume pad 2 looses all downloaded images in leialink.  
It then starts to reload all the photos over 700 and that takes a long time.  
Why does it loose the photos!

@Don are you asking why LeiaLink downloads and doesn’t automatically store the converted images on your Lume Pad 2?

I can see how having 700 converted images download when you re-open LeiaPlayer would take a very long time!

I would suggest getting these converted pictures onto your Lume Pad’s Internal memory to avoid this. And perhaps deleting some from LeiaLnk - but that is up to you of course!

The steps are pretty simple.  
From LeiaPlayer\>LeiaLink (let the pics download) \> Select/highlight the pictue(s) you want (you cna also then select the ellipses/three dots icon inthe upper right select all)\> select the ellipses\>copy\>Internal Storage or MicroSD Card\>folder you want (if Internal, I suggest Pictures)\>copy here.
