# SketchFab issue

I had downloaded few models in leiaviewer, I tried to download a 300Mb model, after which all my previous models got erased from the leiaviewer.

1. does the models usually get erased after some time
2. did the models get erased because I tried to download large file of 300mb.
3. Is there file size limit or (triangle & vertices limit) restricted to which the device can handle
4. is there another way to load the any models via USB to view in the device

I read the Leia document for leiaviewer and figured out the answers. Thanks
