I discovered that if I switch to 3D mode and take a screenshot, then rotate it 90° and set it as wallpaper, the wallpaper will be in 3D.
I’ll add that 3D will only be visible when the phone is turned horizontally, and to get vertical 3D you need to find a above-below stereo pair, rotate it and take a screenshot
