Perhaps english isnt your first language. They are hard at work with the new pad. They respond back swiftly and no they dont respond to every question. They are not amazon or apple. The lume pad 2 is arguably the best tablet on the market and for such a small company thats a monumental feat. They deserve respect and understanding. They are getting paid to think. Your are not but that doesnt mean de evolve.

I am stating empirical fact.
I have posted perhaps a dozen questions, and until I escalated was not getting any attention.
And it is an unfortunate reality that if there is no specialized software for a device like this it will die. Just stating fact. Devs and dev support are critical.
