I’d like to ask whether using the “Contact us if you have any questions.” form (https://www.leiainc.com/contact-us/) is a good way to send messages to y’all.
I sent a couple of messages over the past couple weeks via that page and although it does not suggest there that one should necessarily expect a response, not hearing anything, I don’t know whether the messages were even received. If, indeed, that method to communicate with y’all is working as intended, no problem at all. I just wanted to check.
