Lume Pad Stuck on Black Loading Screen After Restart

Hi everyone,
My Lume Pad tablet was running slowly, so I held down the power button to access the power down, restart, and screenshot options, and I selected restart. Now it’s stuck on black background loading screen and would not go any further.
I have tried holding down the power button to force it off, but it just restarts instead of shutting off completely but the full black screen.

It’s had similar issues before, but a reboot usually fixed it. Any advice on how to resolve this?

While a long power button press often can reset the Lume Pad, there are other options. Please contact our team at help@leiainc.com with the particulars of your Lume Pad or Lume Pad 2.

Thank You For Response. I will reach out to the team at help@leiainc.com as suggested. Hopefully, they can help resolve this persistent black background screen issue with my Lume Pad.
