When I first got the Lume pad I had YouTube installed and the icon was right next to LeiaTube. I have YouTube installed but now the only way I can launch it is to go to Google Play, search for YouTube and ‘Open’ it. No matter what I try I cannot add the YouTube icon to the home screen. I have tried un-installing and re-installing. I have tried going to settings (long press on home screen) ‘Home Screen Settings’ but I simply cannot add YouTube.
Any ideas?

It happens only with YouTube? or also you can’t move any icon to the Home Screen?
I figured it out. I was trying to swipe up from the bottom of the screen. I was supposed to swipe up anywhere on the home screen. This allowed me to see and drag the YouTube app to the home screen.
