I’m not sure if this is the right place for it, but as there is a lack of anything that resembles a contact us page, I’d like to know what’s going on with the Amazon store. I’ve put an order for a Lume Pad 2 over a week ago and I’ve received the cover, but the tablet itself has not been shipped at all. Any news would be good.

Contact Amazon, not Leia. Lume Pad 2 orders on Amazon are ‘Fulfilled by Amazon’. I also purchased my Lume Pad 2 on Amazon. They waited until the last second to ship, but the item did arrive by the estimated date in the end.
Amazon products are typically either sold by Amazon themselves or 3rd parties on the platform, not the company that makes the hardware (though sometimes they have official stores). In any case, you would contact Amazon support.
Got in touch. They mentioned logistics issues. Hopefully it gets sent out.
