Chroma key / green screen / edit option in photo app

I had a similar post in the past but that was mainly for using the depth as way to replace layers.

How hard would it be to include basic chroma key options in the existing photo edit options

I do some green screen shots and I’d love the subjects to be in 3d but then to be able to change the background to a standard 2nd image.

Something like “green screen wizard” on the android apps store.

There used to be a company that did exactly that they sold 3D background images along with the software to merge your 3D shots with the background so that it would have a total 3D experience but I don’t remember the name of the company.
