I cannot turn on the Lume Pad. I also try to connect to my computer but there is no response and there is no charging prompt.
Try powerbutton holding together with volume down or up untill you het a response
I tried that but nothing happened
Have you tried using a different cable and/ or plug?
(Connected to a mains/ wall outlet.).
Or maybe try the Leia supplied charger with another device, to keep within the guidance for use.
(Just to test it’s working.).
Also, sometimes you have to leave devices charging for a few minutes, before they say they’re charging.
Once you confirm it’s not an issue with any of the power supply, I recommend reaching out to firstname.lastname@example.org
Particularly if it’s mission critical.
