Error 403: org_internal

First time I get this federation error. LeiaPix worked fine before with a Google account. I am a user in Europe.

“Some reasons for this include: The app is in test mode.”

today I have switched on my old Lumepad 1, and got the same error. Any solution? I cannot access my Leiapix or Leia Appstore

I also can’t login with google account! When is this shht gonna be fixed?

Me too - I was actually trying to open the Leia Appstore (Lumepad 2), I have messaged customer support at

Contact us | Leia Inc.

I suggest everyone else does the same as they may not actively monitor these forums.

Well, I got a response, but as so many of us are experiencing the problem I don’t think this will fix it:

Thank you for contacting Leia Inc. Customer Support.

We are very sorry to hear that you are receiving this error. Our team has investigated the issue and suggested the following:

Log in with a Leia Account. Back up your files, perform a factory reset, and follow the onboarding steps to create a Leia Account.

You can use your Google account to set up your Leia Account for the Leia App Store and Leia apps.

Please let us know if you need any assistance with how to back up your files or factory reset the device.

Kind regards,

It makes no sense… I have tried two different devices (Lumepad 1 and Lumepad 2) with different Google/Leia accounts, getting the same behavior: it is not device dependent! Customer Support made just a generic suggestion, a good way to waste time… The only thing that could work is the fact that, the way they suggested, you create a fresh account, but my guess is that you have no access e.g. to your previous Leiapix pictures.

Hi all - we are investigating this Error 403. It isn’t clear to me where we should start since we have not seen this error in house yet.
Am I seeing that these errors are affecting our users in Europe/UK? Let me know, pls.

Thank you all for posting this up!

Eric

Just a quick update, we have made some progress on replicating the error and are working on the solution.

Looking good for me now, only the youtube/leiatube problem remaining now which I can see you are working on :+1:

I can confirm that now the access is working fine on all platforms (Lumepad 2, Lumepad and Hydrogen). Thank you very much. I can also confirm that Leiatube is not working in any platform yet :).
