How to avoid lines while using URP

how to fix this isuue while using render pipeline

I wanted to learn about URP so over the last few days I have been making a nice fps controller to one day move around in the beautiful environments I will create. However right now where the sun shines on my floors/walls there are odd lines, what is up with that? Can it be fixed?

Also I suppose while I am here I could ask where I could find some useful URP tutorials, I have not dove much into visuals in gamedev yet so I was hoping someone could guide me in the right direction.
