Leiapix Converter won't proceed after 'Share' button pressed

I love Leaipix Converter but recently find that it crashes when trying to save an image as ‘sbs’. Once I press the ‘share’ icon it counts to 100% but then hangs. Have others found this too and what is the remedy please? This happens when using a pc (FireFox browser) and an Android cellphone (Chrome browser).Thanks.
