Did you try this yet: Resetting Lume Pad after forgetting the pattern - #3 by Bronson

Yeah, sounds like you’re running into FRP (Factory Reset Protection), which kicks in when a Google account was previously synced to the device. Even a factory reset won’t bypass it unless the original account is removed first. If the seller can’t provide the login or remove the account remotely, you might be stuck. Hopefully, they respond soonthere’s not a legit workaround for FRP without the original credentials.

Yeah there was no way around it unfortunately

The seller never replied so I returned the LP2 today for a refund

So looks like I’ll be on the lookout for one again lol

Hello. I have an FRP locked Lume Pad 2 from eBay that I cannot return. Did someone manage to unlock it?

Has anyone a idea if it is possible to unbrick the FRP lock by accessing the tablet using one of those unbrick tools (iToolLab, PhonesGo, …)?

I saw that it is possible to access ADB within the recovery menu. But I am not sure which program might work.

I imagine it’s possible. Those are just standard Android tools that likely work on any tablet. Personally have not used it on the LP2, but I remember seeing someone do this with ADB (I think on the command line) with a Samsung tablet or something, so may be possible.
