Hi, just bought my Lume pad from eBay. The previous owner factory reset it prior to me receiving it. It won’t let me add my google account because it keeps saying the previous owners email is synced to the tablet? The previous owner and I have tried everything to fix this problem. Could someone please help me?
Since you didn’t mention what the everything was in “tried everything”, I can only guess and maybe you also tried this already: The previous owner should log in to the Google account, then got to the Security section, “Manage all devices” and check if the device is still listed there. If so, open it and select “Sign out”.
