Handbreak to make 3d MKV from ISO

I want to watch a 3D movie on LP2. I already have it as an ISO file. When I recode it to MKV with handbreak to comes over as 2D. Could anyone please tell me how to solve this? Do I need additional software or different settings in handbreak?

Thanks

An ISO file is a backup of a Blu-ray disc. To view it, first convert the ISO file into a frame-packed MKV using MakeMKV. After that, use a program like BD3D2MK3D to convert the MKV file into a Full SBS (Side-by-Side) format, which can be viewed on your Lume Pad 2.

Thank you very much.

I followed your advice and I can now get my films into HSBS MKVs, but I can’t get them into FSBS. I have unclicked the half option in BD3D2MK3D. What am I doing wrong please?

I have worked it out for myself. I found the right settings and can now make everything I want. Thanks for your previous advice.
