We have a service outage and Leia Engineering is working hard to restore service to the Leia apps on Lume Pads and immersity.ai
While pushing a tested update, we are now experiencing a major outage accross all of our apps including imersity.ai. Engineering is all hands on deck, working on the resolution, and will be restoring service to Immersity.ai and Leia apps as soon as possible.
We sincerely appologize to all our customers, for the inconvenience this has caused you all!
Some services have been restored, but not all have been completely tested so far. The team is still in the process of resolving some update issues for our customers on Lume Pad and Immersity.ai

Hi Leia fans and users! We are really sorry for the inconvenience we have caused you by our outage of our LeiaAppstore and Lume Pad 2 apps that require login, while we were performing a network wide update on 7/31/24.
After over 24 hrs of troubleshooting and hard work, we have brought immersity.ai functionality back online, however LeiaAppstore is not restored, while we continue to resolve the supporting infrastructure issue. I will post again as soon as we have LeiaAppstore back online.
If you run into problems with having bought an app in LeiaAppstore recently and it did not download/instal, please let us know at help@leiainc.com, and we will get your purchase refunded.

I received my Luma Pad 2 yesterday, but I can’t use any 3D related apps. I can’t update the apps. How is the site recovering now? What is the outlook for when it will be back up and running?
Congrats on your Lume Pad 2 purchase! We are very sorry about this unexpected and continuing outage. Our engineering team has been hard at work trouble shooting the support infrastructure, since it occured. We anticipate restoration very soon, and for the LeiaAppstore this week at the latest. I would recommend attempting to login to the LeiaAppstore in the morning and evening (if you are not in the PST time zone) until I hear more about the restoration and have posted an update in this thread.

Service is back to normal! The effect of the app is amazing. I’m glad I bought the Luma Pad2! Thank you. I look forward to developing more new products and apps.
