It’s not, it’s a software/settings option.
Yes, on Lume Pad 2 and Nubia Pad 3D, each app needed to have its own 3D setting. That’s still possible on Nubia Pad 3D II, but ZTE also created a hook in the operating system that allows users to run 3D conversion almost anywhere (some videos/movies will go black and some games will lock up and accuse you of cheating if you use it in places where anti-piracy or anti-cheat software is running).
