when we upload formats like fbx and obj, we get a three-dimensional view, but the color information is not displayed. Does anyone know where the error could be here?

Sorry, I have the same issue. I’ve never been able to get a model to convert except on Sketchfab. Which is really disheartening because we pay a lot of money for software (Autodesk, Adobe) and none of it seems to work.
Did You add the .mtl and the Texture?
