Get error AndroidSDK Root is empty
But in preferences everything is filled out

Can you check whether you have AndroidSdkRoot in your registry Editor?
Open the Registry Editor and go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Unity Technologies\Unity Editor and search for AndroidSdkRoot.
If it does not exist in your registry, please try toggling the Android SDK Tools checkmark off and on in your External Tools settings. This should make calling AndroidSdkRoot work.
Please let me know if you try this resolution and the issue still persists.
