Reporting a Leia app problem

Last night I had a problem with in LeiaViewer, taped Sketchfab Explorer got the message Unable to access Sketchfab website
This was on the Nubia Pad 3D.
Was OK on the original Lumepad.
I reported the problem to Leia support, but later that night the problem went away an all is now OK.
So I informed Leia support now all is working.
Leia support responded and thank me for my update and said I should contact ZTE with questions and needs for the Nubia Pad 3D.

I would contact ZTE for Nubia Pad 3D hard ware problems and Nubia Pad 3D system updates.
I would have thought reporting to Leia was the correct for Leia system and app problems.
This was a problem from within the Liea app LeiaViewer.

Is the correct way for reporting of Leia system problems or Leia app problems,
for users of the Nubia Pad 3D to contact ZTE or report the problems with the Leia system or Leia Apps to Leia support

Any warranty and hardware problems with the Nubia Pad 3D to ZTE

Yes, please contact us about our products like LeiaViewer and other software we make. I think the customer service agent who said that to you may have been a bit confused.
