Is there a way of opening these using the LeiaPlayer?

If they are videos hosted on the web, sharing the URL to LeiaTube will make them run in 3D. Otherwise, no. We are developing WebXR solutions that are available to partners in Alpha but only on our Windows devices from ourselves and partners such as Acer SpatialLabs.

Are these tools something we can apply for access too?
Yes. If you have a LeiaSR device for Windows, reach out to business@leiainc.com and communicate your interest.
For now it’s for partners only, but we do want to have an official release for all users hopefully later this year.
