I love my Lume Pad 2. But why is my feedback being deleted? I have always remained polite. My feedback should be useful for product improvement. Yet my messages vanish. Is it really unacceptable to say Frame wont play .MPO? Please review all I have written and implement the necessary improvement at subsequent updates.

only 2 things need to change for it to be perfect. this mentioned problem isnt tied to their hardware or software.
2d-3d depth slider
old photo/video depth and resolution
those are major and ironically the only two things that need to be changed.
i highly suggest you troubleshoot with the help of google/chat gpt
